F555 Terms and Conditions – General Platform Usage Rules

These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between f555 and all users who access or use the platform available at f555.express. By completing registration, making a deposit, or placing any bet on f555, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agreed to all provisions set out herein.

F555 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. When that happens, the updated version will be made available on the platform with the effective date clearly indicated. Continued use of the services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.

These Terms and Conditions supplement any specific rules for promotions, bonuses, or game modes published on f555. In the event of a conflict between documents, the more specific text prevails; in the event of ambiguity, the interpretation most favorable to the user will apply, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code.

To create an account on f555, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age years old at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazil and hold a valid CPF issued by the Receita Federal;
• Not be enrolled in any active self-exclusion program at f555 or in any other recognized exclusion system;
• Not have had a previous account closed by f555 for breach of these Terms and Conditions;
• Act on your own behalf, using accurate and up-to-date personal information.

Registration on f555 is personal and non-transferable. Each user may hold only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts with different CPFs or third-party information is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate blocking of all accounts involved and the holding of balances for investigation.

F555 may at any time request additional identity verification documents (KYC – Know Your Customer), including a government-issued photo ID (national ID card, driver's license, or passport), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the bank account used for withdrawals. This verification is mandatory before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested again if account details are updated or unusual activity is detected.

You are entirely responsible for the security of your f555 login credentials, including your email and password. f555 strongly recommends using a strong, unique password for the platform — at least eight characters combining uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, change your password immediately and contact f555 support. f555 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use when caused by the user's own failure to keep their credentials secure.

F555 keeps records of all access sessions, including IP address, device, and time. This data may be used in security investigations and shared with competent authorities when required by law.

All financial transactions on f555 are conducted exclusively in Brazilian reais (BRL). There is no currency conversion, exchange rate, or any additional charge simply for making a deposit or withdrawal on the platform.

Accepted deposit methods:

• Pix – instant, available 24 hours a day, every day, including public holidays;
• Boleto bancário – processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation;
• Credit and debit card – Visa, Mastercard, and Elo, subject to card issuer approval;
• Mercado Pago – via QR code or available account balance;
• PicPay – via QR code or payment link;
• TED Transfer – for major banks: Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica Federal, and others.

• Pix withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes of the request, subject to completed identity verification;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The maximum amount per individual transaction is R$ 50,000.00;
• Withdrawals above R$ 10,000.00 may be subject to additional compliance review, with a processing time of up to 48 business hours;
• F555 only processes withdrawals to bank accounts registered under the account holder's name on the platform. Transfers to third-party accounts are not permitted.

F555 offers a welcome bonus and periodic promotions to eligible users. Each bonus has its own specific Terms and Conditions, which are made available alongside the offer. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless the specific offer states otherwise.

General bonus rules:

• Bonuses are valid only for users with a verified account in good standing on f555;
• Each user is entitled to the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the bonus multiple times through different accounts constitutes abuse and will result in cancellation;
• The standard rollover requirement for Sports Betting bonuses is 5x the bonus amount received. For casino bonuses, the standard requirement is 30x. The specific terms of each promotion may set different amounts;
• Bets with odds below 1.50 in Sports Betting generally do not count toward meeting the rollover requirement. High-volatility casino games may have a reduced contribution rate — the applicable percentages are indicated in each promotion's terms;
• Bonuses that are not redeemed or whose rollover requirement is not met within the specified timeframe will expire automatically with no right to withdrawal;
• F555 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, including the use of automated systems, hedge betting across accounts, or any behavior indicating irregular exploitation of promotions.

Bets placed on f555 are accepted subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific rules — such as those for football, MMA, basketball, or e-sports — are published separately in the platform's rules section.

Bet acceptance and settlement:

• A bet is only valid once it has been electronically confirmed in the f555 system and a reference number has been generated. Confirmation is sent to the user immediately upon acceptance;
• F555 may refuse or limit bets for operational reasons without prior justification;
• Live bets may be declined when odds are being recalculated following a significant in-game event. Please wait a few seconds and try again;
• Manifest pricing errors (odds clearly outside market range due to a technical fault) may be voided by f555, with a full refund of the staked amount, even after the event has been settled;
• Parlay bets (multiples) are settled as a total loss if any selection loses, unless the insured parlay option was selected.

Cancellations and postponements:

• If a sporting event is cancelled before it begins, all bets are voided and the wagered amount is refunded in full;
• If a game is interrupted after it has started and is not completed within 24 hours, bets on undecided markets are cancelled and stakes refunded. Markets that were already settled before the interruption remain valid;
• In football, matches postponed more than 24 hours after the scheduled kick-off will have all bets voided and stakes returned.

• Session time alert: set up notifications for when your active session exceeds the time limit you have defined;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days, or 6 months;

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the f555 platform:

• Deliberately and in a coordinated manner exploiting technical errors, system faults, or incorrect odds;
• Placing covering bets across your own or third-party accounts to guarantee a profit at the expense of bonuses;
• Using f555 for money laundering, financing illegal activities, or any transaction unrelated to entertainment;
• Filing fraudulent chargebacks with your card provider after using deposited funds;
• Sharing or selling your account to third parties;

When a prohibited activity is detected, the platform may, without prior notice: temporarily suspend the account for investigation; cancel associated bets and bonuses; hold balances pending review; or permanently close the account based on the findings.

In cases of suspected illegal activity, f555 will cooperate with the relevant authorities and may report incidents to the applicable regulatory bodies as required by Brazilian law.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting f555 support via email or live chat. Upon requesting closure, any available balance (excluding unreleased bonus funds) will be returned via Pix to the registered account, provided all identity verification steps have been completed.

F555 may close or suspend accounts in the following situations:

• Proven breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Providing false information during registration or identity verification;
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform;
• Self-exclusion request by the user;
• Order from a competent judicial or regulatory authority;
• Account inactivity for more than 12 consecutive months, with prior notice to the user.

In the event of closure due to a terms violation, f555 reserves the right to hold pending balances for investigation and compliance purposes. The user will be notified by email regarding the reason for the closure and the applicable next steps.

F555 provides its services on an as-is basis, making all reasonable efforts to keep the platform available, stable, and secure. However, f555 cannot guarantee 100% uninterrupted availability, particularly during scheduled maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party infrastructure failures.

F555 is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from the user's own betting decisions. Sports Betting and casino games carry an inherent risk of financial loss;
• Damages caused by internet outages, user device failures, or issues with the user's mobile carrier;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials;
• Odds changes or market cancellations caused by events outside f555's control, such as referee decisions, match suspensions, or result changes following an official review.

F555's maximum liability to any user, under any circumstances, is limited to the balance available in that user's account at the time of the incident in question.

F555 processes users' personal data in full compliance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13.709/2018). Data collected is used exclusively to: operate and personalize the user's account; process financial transactions in BRL; meet legal and regulatory obligations; prevent fraud and protect platform security; and communicate promotions and updates when the user has given explicit consent.

F555 does not sell users' personal data to third parties. Data sharing only occurs when required by law, court order, or regulatory obligation, or when necessary to process transactions with regulated financial partners in Brazil.

Users have the following rights regarding their data under the LGPD:

F555 may periodically revise these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in industry regulations, service improvements, or platform policy updates. When material changes are made, f555 will notify users via their registered email and display a prominent notice on the platform at least 7 days before the new terms take effect.

If you do not agree with the new conditions, you may close your account before the changes take effect and receive a full refund of your available balance via Pix. Continued use of the services after the effective date indicates acceptance of the updated conditions.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Brazilian Civil Code, the Consumer Defense Code (Lei nº 8.078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Lei nº 13.709/2018), and the applicable sector regulations for online betting and entertainment platforms.

The courts of the District of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, are designated as the competent jurisdiction to resolve any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, without prejudice to the consumer user's right to choose the court of their domicile in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
